The Logic of the Illogical
A Logic Based Perspective on Spiritual Awakening
The Ego : Identity. The ego is developed over the course of our lifetime and is always changing with each new experience. Starting in childhood, we develop the earliest stages of self awareness, differentiating our external world from ourselves by forming an identity of self. Those earliest years form the initial neurological pathways to which all preceding neurological pathways are formed.
With each new experience we are choosing, either subconsciously or consciously, how to interpret those experiences and rationalize them, creating neurological connections along the way. These neurological connections form our thinking patterns, our perception. Our perception determines our beliefs, our perspectives. Our Perspectives determine our choices.
Human Evolution : All species have a core psychological mechanism that ensures their survival. As humans we have evolved from a primitive species to a species with advance critical thinking skills, in large part due to the development of the Ego. Our Ego’s primary purpose is to make sense of ourselves and our world, ensuring our safety and survival.
The next natural phase of our Human Evolution is an Evolution of the Mind.
Currently, we are on the cusp of the next major transition in our evolution. We have collectively reached a point of mental aptitude capable of higher understandings of not only our ourselves and our world, but also the spiritual nature of how we exist.
The Awakening : In the coming years, our species will be going through a collective mass awakening. A process where we begin to experience a shift in our individual and collective perception, leading to a higher degree of understanding of ourselves and others. Collectively, we will see a shift towards more compassion, connection, unity, and peace. A Human Evolution through Spiritual Ascension.
Higher Perspectives, Higher Forms of Love.
Spiritual awakening is a process that is typically experienced in stages. Each stage is dependent upon the individual and their readiness vs level of resistance. The initial stage is the catalyst. An event or series of experiences that leads one to question their past choices or beliefs in search of new direction, typically referred to as an Ego Death.
The Ego Death : Given that we have a tendency to associate our identity, or perception of self, with our choices, an Ego Death can be a tumultuous experience for some. The purpose is to bring awareness to any aspects of our perception that is not founded in truth. This applies to both our perception of self and others, as well as our perception of how we exist.
The Logic of the Illogical : What may seem illogical is often just lack of understanding or lack of knowledge.
We Don’t Know what We Don’t Know : Considering our perception is limited to our understandings of our past experiences, our current perspectives can stagnate, preventing both individual personal growth and collective evolution as a species. It’s not until we have an experience that contradicts our current beliefs, that our perception is challenged, initiating a reevaluation process. This process provides us an opportunity to consider new possibilities, effectively creating new potential for positive change and evolution.
The Unknown : Due to the nature of how our psychology evolved as a species, we have a subconscious fear of the unknown. We fear that which we do not understand. However, by bringing awareness to our subconscious fear and recognizing the fear is only a subconscious response, we can consciously choose to replace fear with curiosity in the unknown and seek new understandings by considering new possibilities. This shift in perspective, effectively shifts our perception of new experiences, creating the potential for new experiences to occur.

Its a Process : We are always learning from our experiences, whether we are aware of it or not. Each experience we have is being filtered through the conscious and the subconscious, our perception. The greater the self awareness we have, the greater the conscious choice we have. Choosing self-awareness, the ability to identify our limitations and resistances to change and the unknown is a necessary step in the process. Choosing curiosity creates new potential for new experiences. Choosing to set our intention towards acquiring higher understandings founded in truth creates the path towards Human Evolution through Spiritual Ascension.
